The Artist/Vendor application for becoming a participant in the Whale Festival. Sell your goods at the arts & crafts faire during the festival. You may also email Nicole@RSVPevents.net or call RSVP Events at (805) 969-5244 for more information.

Print the form and mail with the required materials ASAP!
NOTE: State Board of Equalization Number is required for acceptance.

Santa Barbara Special Event Permit (required)
Unless you already have a City of Santa Barbara Business License, the City of Santa Barbara requires you to get a one day vendor’s license for all special events within city limits.

NOTE: Please complete AFTER you have received notification of ACCEPTANCE from the Whale Festival Coordinators. You will mail this form directly to the City of Santa Barbara, NOT to the Whale Festival.

Non-profit Exhibit Space (3 pages required)
Marine organizations and non-profits who are interested in exhibiting at the Whale Festival should complete the application form and submit ASAP. You will be invited to participate in our traffic-driving “Passport Program” for festival participants, as well as be listed in our Program Guide for the Event.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Contact Nicole@RSVPevents.net today for more information. We need lots of volunteers to make the festival successful. Volunteers who put in a full day’s work will be rewarded with free a Whale Watching pass on one of Santa Barbara’s finest whale watching vessels!
